Jan-Willem Rozenboom, the classical pianist from Tilburg, has gone on to fill the Main Hall of the Concertgebouw with his Bach and Schubert albums. Alongside his classical career, he has served as pianist and composer for Guus Meeuwis for thirty years. Together, they have written numerous hits, including Brabant and Toen ik je zag.
Following a successful first edition of Rozenboom Invites in 2025, featuring jazz pianist Jeroen van Vliet as a guest, Jan-Willem has now opted for a surprising collaboration: Leo Alkemade. A man who needs no introduction.
Leo and Jan-Willem know one another from the music scene; they have written songs together for artists including Guus Meeuwis and have previously shared the stage during Groots met een zachte G and in the theater for Leo’s cycling-themed show De Kopgroep.
